Step 1: Domain & Hosting Selection
To begin the process, you will select and register your desired domain name, which serves as the unique web address for your condo’s website. We will guide you in choosing a reliable hosting package that suits your needs, ensuring optimal performance and security for your site.
Based on our recommendations, you can select the best hosting provider and package for your budget and requirements. Once you’ve completed the registration and hosting setup, simply provide us with your login credentials, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Step 2: Website Setup
Once we receive your hosting login information, we handle all the technical details to get your website up and running. This includes setting up the essential infrastructure, designing a clean and professional layout, and ensuring the site is optimized for performance and security. You’ll have a fully functional website that’s tailored to your condo’s needs, ready for you to manage or for us to oversee as administrators.

Step 3: Full Control or Ongoing Administration
At this point, you have two options. You can take full control of the website, managing content, updates, and settings on your own. Alternatively, you can choose to have us act as administrators, while you retain full editing capabilities. With ongoing administrative support, we’ll setup daily backups at your hosting, regular updates, and up to two support tickets per year, giving you peace of mind while still allowing you to stay involved.

Pricing Breakdown
We offer three levels of pricing packages, based on the features you wish to have. Classifieds and Document Library are included in the basic package, which Service Requests and Amenity Booking are each one level higher. Not all condo corporation require such features, which is why they are priced separately.
Note: All relevant building media are not included in the price. The fee for us coming to the site to take photographs of the common areas is an extra $299. Price is based on a website with ten pages. Any additional pages are charged at $100 per page.
Other Costs
In addition to the setup and administrative fees, you will also need hosting and domain registration. A good hosting package ranges somewhere between $250 – $350 per year, although the basic tier would work just fine since the website would be mainly static requiring a minimal amount of resources. Maintaining a registered domain name costs about $25 or so annually. All web hosts include multiple email accounts for your domain with the hosting plan.
In all, depending on your hosting package, your annual website costs will be at around $700 – $800 if you are choosing the support option, and just under $400 with no support option (not recommended). This is a small price to pay for having a permanent presence on the web in the age of information.

Yes, you can switch from ongoing administration to full control at any point. We make the process seamless by providing you with full access to your website. If you decide to take over complete control, we’ll ensure everything is transitioned smoothly and you’ll retain editing rights and full ownership of your website.
What does the maintenance service cover?
Our ongoing maintenance service includes:
- Training Guides: We will provide training guides and other materials on performing specific administrative tasks in your website.
- Updates: We handle regular updates for the website, including plugin and security updates, ensuring your site remains secure and up to date.
- Support Tickets: You’ll receive up to two support tickets annually, with a accumulated total of eight hours of assistance (Most tasks take only a few minutes to complete). This covers tasks like troubleshooting, minor content updates, or technical adjustments.
How long does the setup process take?
The typical setup process takes about two weeks from the time we receive your hosting login details, assuming the domain propagation has completed. We also require all the documents and relevant text for the pages to be provided beforehand. The setup process includes configuring the infrastructure, designing the website, and ensuring it’s optimized for your condo’s needs. We’ll keep you informed at each step of the process so you’re always in the loop.
What level of control will I have over the website?
Whether you choose to retain full control or opt for ongoing administration, you’ll always have full editing capabilities. You can add or update content as needed, and if you ever want more control, you can take over the entire website management at any time.
Do I need to renew my domain or hosting through you?
No, the domain and hosting are entirely under your control. You’ll be responsible for renewing them through the provider you choose, but we can guide you through the renewal process if needed.
