The following sections require a user to be logged in. To view these sections, register as a user would and await your account confirmation email. The user login section is not meant to be extensive. The only important feature it has is the Classifieds, while the Document Library section is completely discretionary. Some boards may chose to make the documents available to the public at large.

• Classifieds: As a resident, you can post items for sale, view existing listings, and experience how residents will interact with this feature in a real-world setting.
• Documents Library: Currently, the library contains a single mould brochure for demonstration purposes, showing how PDF documents will be displayed and accessed. This section can later be populated with various important documents, such as meeting minutes, rules, and regulations, ensuring all essential files are easily available for residents.

Governing Documents Pages:

• These pages currently contain placeholder text (lorem ipsum) to show where critical governing documents will be displayed. Once the website is fully set up, these pages will house the most important sections of the condo’s governing documents, providing a convenient reference point for residents and prospective buyers alike.
