About the Founder
Hi — I'm Elinor Bahiti, a condominium manager based in Toronto. I've spent years managing properties, attending board meetings, and preparing minutes — and if there's one thing I know too well, it's how time-consuming and expensive condo board documentation can be.
For many smaller condominium corporations, hiring a professional recording secretary just isn't realistic. But accurate, standardized minutes are important — not just for compliance, but for transparency and good governance.
So I built My Condo Space — starting with AI-assisted meeting minutes, and expanding to tools for voting, resident communication, records, and managed condo websites. Not because these were interesting software problems, but because they are real challenges I faced every day.
This isn't a generic tech product. It's something I designed from the ground up based on real-world experience — to help fellow property managers and board members save time, reduce errors, and simplify condo governance.
