From meeting recording to structured Word minutes, My Condo Space gives managers a controlled workflow for creating, reviewing, and downloading board-ready meeting records.
Step 1
Create or Select the Corporation
Choose the corporation from the dashboard, confirm meeting details, and keep board and owners' meetings organized in one workspace. Multiple corporations can be managed from the same account.

Step 2
Record or Upload the Meeting
Use the dedicated desktop recorder for live meetings — the safest option for reliable, uninterrupted audio capture during board meetings. Alternatively, upload an existing audio or video file.
- Desktop app is the recommended method for live in-person and virtual meetings
- Avoids browser instability or network interruptions
- Upload accepted formats: .mp3, .mp4, .m4a, .wav
- Audio quality directly affects the quality of the structured output
Step 3
The System Processes the Meeting Structure
After the recording is submitted, the system prepares a structured draft with meeting details, attendance, motions, decisions, discussion summaries, and action items where available.
- Transcription and structure detection run automatically
- Formal motions and action items flagged where present
- Output is a structured draft — manager review is expected before distribution
- Ambiguous items are flagged rather than assumed
The AI assists in drafting structured minutes. Manager review is part of the workflow, not optional.

Download Review-Ready Minutes
When processing is complete, managers can download a professionally structured Word draft for review, board approval, and meeting records. The output is a board-ready draft — not official minutes until reviewed and approved by the board.
