By accessing or using My Condo Space services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
My Condo Space provides software tools for condominium corporations, including meeting minutes management, voting systems, and related governance tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to interfere with the operation of our platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by My Condo Space and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to our platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
My Condo Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
