Director Elections

Run condo election voting for general and owner-occupied director seats with clear, verifiable outcomes. The platform supports general director elections open to all eligible owners, and owner-occupied director elections restricted to owner-occupied units. Ranked voting lets voters prioritize candidates when multiple seats are available.

Candidates can be configured before meetings begin or nominated by owners through proxy forms. During meetings, additional candidates can be added for consideration. Winners are determined by vote count based on the configured number of seats.

Director Removals

Each removal motion receives its own vote—no ambiguity, no conflated outcomes. The platform supports removal motions for directors using binary voting. Each director subject to removal receives a separate vote where owners express support for or against removal. The system ensures each removal decision is independent and properly recorded.

Director Replacements

Replacement elections activate only when the corresponding removal passes. Conditional elections use plurality voting where only each voter's first choice candidate receives votes.
